Ingredienti

400 gr. of stockfish fillet
1 egg
grated stale bread
parsley black pepper
butter olive oil
white wine

Preparazione

Boil the stockfish, get rid of the fishbones and the skin, season it with some olive oil, salt it, add pepper and minced parsley. Take a pyrex dish, grease it with some butter, place on it the seasoned stockfish and add some white wine. Beat an egg, pour it on the stockfish and cover the whole with grated stale bread and grated cheese. Bake for approx. 20 minutes and, after the dish is ready, serve hot.
