:: Linguine pasta with stockfish ::

Ingredienti
400 gr. of linguine (italian pasta similar to spaghetti)
1 minced onion
1 minced garlic clove
1 handful of minced parsley
600 gr. of fresh tomatoes
300 gr. of stockfish
white olives
bits salt
Preparazione
Make ready a brown of minced onion, garlic and parsley together with olive oil, then add the tomatoes already washed and cut into bits. Cook the whole for apprx. 15-20 minutes, salting if necessary and adding a handful of white olives. Cook the pasta in plentyful salted water, then dry it and put it in the stockfish sauce. Dust with minced parsley and serve.
