Ingredienti

1 kg. stockfish fillet
3 meaty pepperoni
200 gr. little italian tomatoes
3 garlic cloves
parsley olive oil salt

Preparazione

Make a grate ready with burning coal, when it is extremely hot put the stockfish, the pepperoni, the tomatoes and the garlic; when everything is roasted to perfection, cut the stockfish in little bits, put it into a pyrex dish, add the pepperoni cut in fillets, the tomatoes and the garlic; then complete the dish adding parsley, salt and olive oil.
